With the economical globalization and regional integration,higher education is expected to take on the incumbency of educating the youth with a global outlook.Accordingly,internationalization of higher education has become inevitable.In this era,China's higher education is required not only to have a global outlook and to follow international ideas,but also be operated under our native conditions,thus to hold the principle of "international outlook with local operation".In local operation,Chinese higher education is expected to focus on its own advantages,and stick to the policy "bringing in and going out",thereby to lead Chinese higher education towards internationalization.
