基于因子分析的高职大学生离职影响因素模型研究

摘    要:在国内外相关文献研究的基础上,结合高职学生特点,构建了高职大学生离职影响因素模型,通过因子分析,探索性地提出高职大学生离职的影响因素包括外部环境、薪酬制度、工作期望、组织环境、工作激励、人际关系以及个人、学校与家庭这7大维度27个因子,并根据分析结果提出降低离职率的相关建议。

Abstract:Based on the overseas and domestice documents and research, this paper tries to construct a scale-model studying the factors contributing to the resignation of polytechnic students. By analyzing the reasons of termination of service, this paper concludes that there are 27 factors in such aspects as external environment, salary, expectations for work, motivation, interpersonal relationship, organizational mechanism, individual, college and family. The paper puts forward suggestions on how to reduce the rate of resignation.
