| 摘 要： | 构建和谐校园是落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的内在要求。深入开展青少年法制教育是构建和谐校园的基础性工作，是不可或缺的有机组成部分。审视青少年法制教育现状中的不少问题，构建和谐校园，需要我们提高认识，创新方法，依法治校，切实加强青少年法制教育。
