| 摘 要： | 中国的矿业权原本不具有财产权的性质,因而在当时不可能成为破产财产;随着制度变迁,矿业权逐步具有了财产权的性质,以至其本身成为财产权的一种,所以,其成为破产财产就是理所当然的了.

So it can not become bankrupt property - Along with the change of system, gradually mineral right has the quality of property right, until now it becomes a kind of property right.
