现代学徒制视域下“焊接机器人应用”工作页的开发

摘    要:为探索现代学徒制人才培养模式在焊接机器人技能人才培养中的应用,基于校企合作,根据焊工国家职业标准,对接工作过程,开展“焊接机器人应用”工作页的开发与实践。结果表明,工作页的工作逻辑性、知识技能递进性、评价系统科学有效等特点,能引导学生快乐地学习知识,高效地获取技能。

Abstract:The modern apprenticeship talent training model was applied to the training of welding robot technical talents.According to the national occupational standards of welders and the working process of enterprises,the"Welding Robot Application"work page has been researched and developed based on school-enterprise cooperation.The results show that the students acquire knowledge and skills efficiently due to the work logic of the work page,the progressiveness of knowledge and skills,and the scientific validity of the evaluation system.
