新时期劳动教育融入高职校园文化建设的理路探微

劳动教育是高职生全面发展的内在需求,劳动教育与校园文化之间存在着相辅相成、相互作用、相互影响的耦合关系,马克思主义劳动观和这种耦合关系为新时期劳动教育融入高职校园文化建设提供了坚实的理论依据。高职学生劳动价值观存在偏差、劳动教育融入高职校园文化建设不够则是劳动教育融入高职校园文化建设的现实依据。文章在此基础上认为,劳动教育融入高职校园文化建设必须坚持马克思主义劳动观、以生为本、协同融合、职业化、差异化的五大原则,进而提出从物质文化、精神文化、行为文化和制度文化四个维度推动劳动教育融入高职校园文化建设的实践路径。

Research on the Integration of Labor Education with Higher Vocational Campus Culture in New Era

Labor education is the inner requirement for the promotion of the all-round development of higher vocational students.There is an inseparably interconnected,interacted,correlated coupling relation between labor education and campus culture,which provides solid theoretical foundation for labor education to integrate with higher vocational campus culture.Deviation in labor values of higher vocational school students and insufficient integration of labor education with higher vocational campus are the realistic basis for the integration.Bases on that,it is necessary to insist five principles,including Marxist outlook on labor,life orientation,coordinated integration,professionalism,differentiation,thereby proposing the practical path for labor education to be integrated with higher vocational campus culture from material culture,spiritual culture,behavioral culture and institutional culture.
