我国区域科技资源配置能力分析

区域科技资源配置能力是指区域内高效地分配和运用科技资源的能力。它的强弱直接或间接地影响到科技系统的功能和效率，也在很大程度上决定着区域科技能力的强弱。因此，区域科技资源的配置能力是区域科技能力建设的主要环节和重要组成部分。区域科技资源配置能力是由科技资源的配置规模、配置强度、配置结构和配置效果等组成。本文基于科技资源配置的内涵和结构，建立起中国区域科技资源配置指标体系，对中国区域科技资源配置能力进行宏观分析，进而指出中国区域科技资源配置的战略重点所在。

An Analysis on the Capacity of Regional Science and Technology Resource Allocation

Capacity of regional science and tec hnology resource allocation is refe rred to the ability to distribute and use S &T resources economically and e fficiently,which is composed of allocation scale,allocation intensit y,allo-cation structure and allocation effects of S &T resources and has importa nt impact on the function of S &T syste m and regional S &T capability.Based o n the connotation of S &T resource all ocation and its components,this paper proposes indicators of S &T resource allocation to analyze regional S &T resource allocation capacity a nd strategic priority in regional S &T r esources allocation.
