高等教育中外合作办学的历史与反思

中外合作办学经过二十多年的发展,正逐渐规范和成熟。我们在看到其有利于学习境外先进的教育内容、教育观念和教育管理方法,提高我国高等教育的质量,有利于提高我国高校的竞争力和知名度等积极意义的同时,也应该看到在办学过程中可能出现的教育主权与文化主权的冲突,教育市场化与教育特殊性之间的矛盾等问题。
