高等教育中外合作办学的历史与反思

摘    要:中外合作办学经过二十多年的发展,正逐渐规范和成熟。我们在看到其有利于学习境外先进的教育内容、教育观念和教育管理方法,提高我国高等教育的质量,有利于提高我国高校的竞争力和知名度等积极意义的同时,也应该看到在办学过程中可能出现的教育主权与文化主权的冲突,教育市场化与教育特殊性之间的矛盾等问题。

Abstract:Chinese-Foreign cooperation in running schools became more normative and mature in the past twenty years.Chinese-Foreign cooperation in running schools in higher education has lots of advantages including studying foreign advanced educational contents and ideas,increasing the quality of higher education,benefiting the competition ability of high schools in China,etc.But attention should also be paid to some problems,for example,the conflict in educational sovereignty and cultural sovereignty,the contradiction between the peculiarity and market-oriented education,etc.
