女大学生就业歧视的原因与对策

摘    要:传统社会观念误区、市场调节失灵、女大学生的生理心理劣势以及女大学生自身能力缺陷等因素均是造成女大学生就业难的原因。改变传统性别观念,塑造现代性别意识;健全女性权益保护的法律制度和社会保障制度;增强女大学生主体意识,提高其素质;高等院校要加强对女大学生的就业培训和就业指导,是减少和避免就业中性别歧视,为女大学生创造公平的就业环境的重要措施。

Abstract:What causes the difficult employment situation for the female college students are including the following reasons: the misunderstanding of the traditional social attitudes, the failure of the market regulation, the physiological and psychological disadvantages of female university students as well as the defects of their own abilities. Changing the traditional concept of gender, shaping modern gender awareness, improving the legal system and the social security system of women' s rights and interests protection, strengthening the female university students' self-consciousness, strengthening the employment training and the career guidance in the colleges are all the important measures to avoid gender discrimination and to create fair employment environment.
