| 摘 要： | 体育课在心理健康教育过程中有着独特的优势 .树立生物、心理、社会三维教育观 ,加强心理健康教育的科学化、系统化 ,把心理健康的评价纳入考试体系之中 ,全面提高体育教师心理健康的教育能力 ,实现体育课加强心理健康教育的目的 .

| Abstract: | Physical culture is advantageous in the process of psychological health education. In order to enhance psychological health education in P.E. lessons, educators should set a three dimensional view of biology and society, promote psychological health education to scientific and systematical level, put psychological health evaluation into examinatorial system and improve P.E. teachers' capability in this field. |
