贵州农村寄宿制初中现状的SWOT分析

贵州农村寄宿制初中是“集中资源办学政策”催生的产物，同时也是解决学生远距离上学难的一项有效措施。但由于贵州省基础教育资源所呈现的弱质性特征，寄宿制初中在发展过程中凸显出很多问题。本文在实际调研的基础上，运用SWOT矩阵分析得出经费使用不合理和师资及课程建设不足是制约农村寄宿制初中发展的主要原因，并对此提出了相关的建议和对策。

SWOT Analysis of Present Situation of Rural Boarding Junior High School in Guizhou

The system of boarding junior high school in rural area of Guizhou is a product of the policy about ＂pooling resources on running schools＂, and is also an effective way to solve the difficulties of long distance to school. However, due to the rendered fragility characteristics of the elementary education resources in Guizhou province, there are many problems in the development process of boarding junior school. This paper, on the basis of the investigation, finds out that the inappropriate use of funds as high well as the lack of the course construction are the main reasons for restricting the development of boarding junior high school with using SWOT matrix, and proposes relevant recommendations and solutions.
