摘    要:整合学校与社会资源,引入社会资本参与大学生课外体育活动促进,是新时代大学生课外体育活动转型发展需要解决的重点问题。国家政策的宏观引导,人们体育消费水平的日渐提升,以及体育健身意识的逐步增强,要求大学生课外体育活动的发展突破以学校为主体的狭隘视域,逐步形成学校主导、社会供给、家庭参与和个人自主的多元整合模式,打造融健身、休闲、娱乐与社会交往于一体的大学生课外体育活动体系。构建学校主导与社会供给相协调的组织机制,家庭参与和个人自主相促进的动力机制,参与途径与内容多样性的引导机制,政府干预和社会参与相结合的监督机制,制度保障与主体自觉的相融合的保障机制,是助推大学生课外体育活动促进在政府政策推进、学校体育促进、社会体育供给、家庭体育参与和学生自主行为协同发展的现实要求。

Abstract:Integrating school and social resources and introducing social capital to promote college students’extracurricular physical activities is the key problem to be solved in the transformation and development of college students’extracurricular physical activities in the new era.The macro guidance of national policies,the gradual improvement of people’s sports consumption level,and the gradual enhancement of fitness awareness,all these requires the development of college students’extracurricular physical activities to break through the narrow vision of school,and gradually form a pluralistic and integrated pattern of school leading,social supply,family participation and individual autonomy,with the aim of building a college student extracurricular physical activity system integrating fitness,leisure,entertainment and social interaction.The practical requirement from the collaborative development of government,school,society,family and students calls for the establishment of mechanisms including school dominated and social supply coordination mechanism,family participation and individual control combination mechanism,participation path and content diversified guidance mechanism,government intervention and social participation collaboration mechanism,as well as system and subject self-awareness integrated guarantee mechanism.
