| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、比较分析法和数理统计法等方法，对北京市中小学生的课外体育锻炼情况进行了调查，通过了解目前北京市中小学生课外体育锻炼的实际状况，对影响他们参加体育活动的因素进行了分析，并提出有益于课外体育活动开展的相关建议。

| Abstract: | By using the method of questonnaire,comparison analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper makes an investigation on the present condition of elementary and secondary school students'participation on extracurricular physical exercises in Beijing.On the realization of their actual condition in extracurricular physical exercises,what is more,the factors influence their participation of physical activities,addition,it have also been put forward some related advices which are beneficial in developing the extracurricular physical activities. |
