普通高校速滑教学的现实缺失及对策

速度滑冰教学是黑龙江省普通高校冬季体育教学的主要内容。通过对现阶段速滑课的教学实践进行总结,指出速度滑冰教学在许多方面还存在一定的缺失：忽视学生的主体地位、忽视学生的个体差异、抑制学生个性和潜能的发展、学生在学习时自我反馈调整能力和反思能力差、学生所学知识技能保持率低以及素质教育思想实施到具体教学中的渠道偏少等。提出积极鼓励主体主动探索,科学运用迁移规律,学会观察评价动作自我体验、自我反省、自我评价,强调合作学习等整改途径,旨在有效激发学生对速度滑冰课的学习兴趣,从而使学生尽快地掌握速度滑冰课的基本知识和技能,达到增强学生体质的教育教学目的。
