高校冬季体育教学的创新

我国高校冬季体育教学的转变、改革与创新的进程,在教育全面由原来的知识教育向行为教育转变的背景中略显迟缓,导致我国大学生体质与健康继续呈现缓慢下降、肥胖检出率继续增加的现象,加强高校冬季体育教学的创新已经成为当前一个重要的课题。认为高校冬季体育教学缺乏人性化的方法、手段,增强学生体质无法落实到实处;教学理念落后,教学内容单一,缺乏时代气息等是高校冬季体育教学中存在的主要问题。提出明确冬季体育教学目标,发挥学生的主体作用;以大学生的需求为导向创新教学内容;从尊重每位学生个体的角度出发,采取灵活、实效的教学方法等途径实现我国高校冬季体育教学的改革与创新。

Creativity of Winter Sports Teaching in Universities

The process of change,reform and creativity of Chinese winter sports teaching in universities,in the background of education completely changing from original knowledge education to behavior education is more slowly,resulting the physique and health of Chinese college students have continued to show a slow decline and an increase of obesity incidence,strengthening the creativity of winter sports teaching in universities has become an important issue. The author thinks that winter sports teaching in universities lack of methodology and humanized means and enhancing the physique of students can＇t be implemented; Teaching idea is backward and teaching content is single,lacking the spirit of times is the main problem of winter sports teaching in universities. The paper puts forward that the teaching aim of winter sports must be clear and let students play the main role; Create teaching content with the students＇ demand as orientation; Start from the view of respecting every student,take flexible and effective teaching methods to realize the reform and creativity of Chinese winter sports teaching in universities.
