冰球专业方向研究生教育模式的探析

冰球专业研究生的教育与培养隶属于应用型研究生的培养范畴,对我国冰雪运动项目发展在体育拔尖人才储备方面具有极其重要的现实意义和作用。相对于学术型研究生的教育与培养过程,冰球专业研究生的培养不仅在招生、课程设置、实践环节、导师指导等方面有所差异,同时冰球专业研究生的培养目标与其他专业研究生的培养目标也有本质性的区别。通过对冰球专业研究生教育培养现状的分析,认为研究生教育培养过程中思想道德教育、课程方案设置的合理性及实效性、导师的教学与科研态度、实践环节的考核是影响冰球专业研究生教育与培养的主导性因素,指出提升冰球专业方向研究生思想道德教育理念、注重冰球专业方向研究生培养方案的论证与修缮、提高冰球专业方向研究生导师再学习的能力、完善冰球专业方向实践环节的评估指标等提高我国冰球专业研究生教育与培养水平的具体措施,以期提高和改进现有的冰球专业研究生的教育与培养质量,增强冰球专业研究生的社会竞争力与适应力,为改革冰球专业方向研究生的培养过程提供一定的参考和建议。

Exploration of Education Mode of Postgraduate Students in Ice Hockey

The education and cultivation of postgraduate students in ice hockey belong to the process of applicative postgraduate students,have an extremely important practical significance and function in retaining sports talents for the development of Chinese winter sports. The cultivation of postgraduate students in ice hockey relative to the education and cultivation process of academic postgraduate students not only has differences in enrollment,curriculum setting,practical steps and instruction by tutors,but also has essential differences between the training objectives of postgraduates in ice hockey and other majors. By analysis of the current situation of education and cultivation in postgraduates in ice hockey,the paper thinks that in the education and cultivation process of postgraduates,the rationality and timeliness of moral education and curriculum setting,teaching and scientific attitude of tutors are dominant factors of effecting the education and cultivation of postgraduate students in ice hockey. And it puts forward the following concrete measures which improve the education and cultivation level of Chinese postgraduates in ice hockey： promoting the ideological and moral education idea,paying attention to demonstrate and repair training scheme of postgraduates in ice hockey,improving the re- learning ability of supervisors of postgraduate and perfect assessment indexes of practical steps in ice hockey major,in order to enhance and improve the existing education and cultivation quality of postgraduates in ice hockey major,strengthen the social competitiveness and adaptability of ice hockey postgraduates and provide theoretical reference and suggestions for reforming the training process of ice hockey postgraduate students.
