摘    要:根据教学实践对体育教育进行研究,提出学生是体育教育的主体,他们的各种能力的提高应该通过多样化的教学手段。理想的体育教育不仅应该操练学生的运动技术和掌握运动技能,而且应该使他们的身心得到发展。

Abstract:The author of this paper try to make a study of the physical education according the teaching . the author realize that students are the core of the physical education , and they should be promoted their abilities by the diversification of the teaching methods. The ideal of PE not only should practise the student's performance and manage the skills of the sports , but also should improve the physical and mental health .
