| Abstract: | The author of this paper try to make a study of the physical education according the teaching . the author realize that students are the core of the physical education , and they should be promoted their abilities by the diversification of the teaching methods. The ideal of PE not only should practise the student's performance and manage the skills of the sports , but also should improve the physical and mental health . |
