第9届世界健美操锦标赛中国队混双项目技术水平的研究

采用文献资料法、录像法和对比分析法,对第九届世界健美操锦标赛中国队混合双人操成套动作与前8名中其他选手进行技术指标定量统计分析。结果表明,我国运动员参赛成套动作的编排设计思路、发展方向与世界健美操的发展方向基本一致,混合双人选手在成套动作中表现出的技术规范性、健美操专项技术的发力控制等方面与其他高水平运动员相比还存在一定的差距,运动员的难度动作的选择与完成质量以及动力性配合创新上还有待于进一步的提高。

Research on the Technical Level of Mixed Pair categories Team of China in the World Sport Aerobics Championship

By the methods of literature-search,study-video,comparing and analytical method,the author analyses the technique level of our mixed pair categories.Technically compared our Mixed pairs with the first eight players in the Word Sport Aerobics Championship,it shows that thedesigning methods and developmental directions of our Mixed pairs athletes routine are consistent with the national high level atheleths,our team have an obvious distance in technical standardization,the control of force during finishing the whole set of routine movement.The selecting completion qualitity of difficulty movement and the new create of the dynamical cooperation of our athletes need a further improving.
