| 摘 要： | 沙游疗法即沙盘游戏疗法，是目前国际上影响较为广泛的一种新型有效的心理治疗方法和技术，在心理治疗、心理辅导和心理健康教育等领域发挥着不可替代的作用，在高校心理咨询工作中也日益体现其优势。沙游治疗能给大学生提供一个安全与受保护、被接纳的空间，助其有效地宣泄消极情绪、释放压力，还能有效地帮助那些早年受到心灵创伤的大学生在深层表达中修通曾经受创的早期人格结构，完善人格等。
