| 摘 要： | 运动员成才既受益于环境也受制于环境。社会上的各种心理因素如何进入运动队的生活 ,对运动员成才产生什么样的影响 ,是要受到运动队内部心理环境制约的。一个集体的心理定势 ,是对各种信息的筛选器。因此 ,怎样形成一个运动队内部的良好心理环境 ,是运动队管理者更需认真研究的问题。

| Abstract: | Success of athletes is both beneifted and limited by enviroment.The inner psycological enviroment is affected by the psycological factors of athletes in society ahd their influences. The determination of colective psycology is to process all kinds of information. Therefore,it is necessary to form a good psycological enviroment and management in a sports team. |
