基于ABAQUS的再生混凝土棱柱体数值模拟

摘    要:通过微机控制电液伺服压力试验机对再生粗骨料取代率分别为0、30%和75%的150 mm×150 mm×300 mm再生混凝土棱柱体进行轴心抗压强度试验,测得再生混凝土弹性模量。通过ABAQUS建立与试验尺寸相同的再生混凝土棱柱体有限元模型,并设置再生混凝土材料本构关系参数。对有限元模型采用时间—位移的线性加载方法进行了单轴轴心压缩模拟,以验证ABAQUS中再生混凝土棱柱体模型的正确性。

Abstract:The uniaxial compression tests of 150mm*150mm*300mm recycled concrete prisms with replacement rates of 0,30%and 75%of recycled coarse aggregate were carried out by microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo machine and the elastic modulus of recycled concrete was measured.In ABAQUS,a three-dimensional model of recycled concrete prism with the same size as the experimental size was established,and the constitutive parameters of recycled concrete materials were set.In order to verify the correctness of the recycled concrete model in ABAQUS,the time-displacement linear loading method is used to simulate the uniaxial compression of the model.
