邢台市财政扶贫资金绩效审计研究

随着国家不断加大扶贫工作力度,在扶贫上的财政投入逐年增加,扶贫工作效果显著,一些贫困县相继脱贫摘帽,大批贫困人口摆脱贫困。为了提升财政扶贫资金在分配、使用中的效率,提高扶贫项目的经济、社会和生态环境效益,扶贫资金绩效审计工作的地位和重要性日益凸显。文章通过邢台市财政扶贫工作的现状,分析财政扶贫资金绩效审计中存在的问题,并结合这些问题给出了关于加强邢台市财政扶贫资金绩效审计的建议。

The Research on the Performance Audit of Financial Poverty Alleviation Funds in Xingtai

With the continuous efforts of the state in poverty alleviation,the financial input in poverty alleviation has been increasing year by year,and the poverty alleviation work has achieved remarkable results.A number of poor counties have completed poverty alleviation,and a large number of poor people have overcome poverty.In order to improve the efficiency in the distribution and use of financial poverty alleviation funds and improve the economic,social and ecological environmental benefits of poverty alleviation projects,the status and importance of the performance audit of poverty alleviation funds has become increasingly prominent.Based on the current situation of financial poverty alleviation work in Xingtai,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance audit of financial poverty alleviation funds and puts forward suggestions on strengthening the performance audit.
