摘    要:现代教师教育理念蕴含着教师专业化发展、教师可持续发展和教师教育终身化发展的内涵,并从培养目标、教育体制和培养方式等方面对教师教育发展模式提出理想要求。中国高师院校在由传统师范教育向现代教师教育转型的过程中,应主动适应开放性教师教育发展的需要,更新教育观念,发挥教师教育特色,加强教师专业化建设,使高师教育健康有序地持续发展。

Abstract:Modern teacher's education principle means teacher's specialized development, persistent development and lifelong improvement of education, which set ideal requirement for teacher's education development model in terms of cultivation aim, the education system and cultivation pattern. During the transitional period from the traditional teacher's education to the modern one, the Chinese higher normal institutes should meet the needs of the development of teacher's education, renew the education idea, elaborate the characteristics of teacher's education and speed up teacher's specialization to make healthy, orderly and persistent development of higher normal school education.
