| 摘 要： | 从体育这个视角来审视老年人的生活质量问题，以探讨体育在老年人生活质量中的地位、作用以及影响和制约体育对老年人生活质量发挥作用的因素和机制。对我国老年体育现状中存在的问题进行了诊断，并有针对性地提出相应的对策措施，以发挥体育在提高老年群体生活质量中的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper is to Observe the old people's living quality from the perspective of sports with the purpose of investigating sports' role, action and the factors and mechanism affecting and restricting how sports plays a role in old people's living quality. On the other hand, the problems existing in our country's old people was diagnosed and put forward relative countermeasures and take steps with a clear aim to bring sports' role in raising the old people's living quality into full play. |
