| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献资料、调查访问法对＂阳光体育＂的特征与发展进行研究,以＂阳光体育＂促进学校体育和增强我国国民体质的作用为研究重点,对现阶段我国各级学校中开展的＂阳光体育＂进行研究,旨在深入剖析＂阳光体育＂的深刻含义与特征、以及发展中存在的问题,在此研究基础上提出＂阳光体育＂的发展建议。
