生态文明建设的“水土资源规划与管理”教学改革

基于生态安全规划管理水土资源,是解决区域生态问题及水土资源矛盾的必要手段。“水土资源规划与管理”课程是将水土资源规划管理与生态保护有机整合的规划管理课程,是培养具有生态设计理念的水土资源规划管理人才的必备课程。但目前课程教学中存在着重规划轻生态的问题。因此,针对教学过程中规划设计过程与生态保护相融合的问题,从教学内容、方法等方面,分析了基于生态文明建设的课程教学改革方法,为实施“水土资源规划与管理”课程教学改革提供了依据。

Discussion on the Teaching Reform of the Course of Soil and Water Resources Planning and Management Based on Ecological Civilization Construction

Managing soil and water resources based on ecological security planning is a necessary means to solve regional ecological problems and contradictions of water and soil resources.The course of Soil and Water Resources Planning and Management was combines soil and water resources planning and management and ecological protection organically.It is a necessary course to cultivate soil and water resources planning and management talents with the concept of ecological design.However,at present,there is a problem of attaching importance to planning and neglecting ecology in the teaching process.Therefore,in view of the integration of planning and design process and ecological protection in the teaching process,this paper analyzes the teaching reform method based on ecological civilization construction from the aspects of teaching methods and content,which provides the basis for the teaching reform of the course.
