也论清代鄂尔多斯七旗的划界问题

后金贵族在征服蒙古各部的同时，进行了分旗划界工作。鄂尔多斯七旗于乾隆四一五年，进行了编立旗分后的划界工作。比利时传教士田清波（Antoine Mostaert），在其《关于鄂尔多斯蒙古七旗地图》一文中，最早涉及了清代鄂尔多斯七旗的划界问题。笔者利用藏于鄂尔多斯市档案馆的杭锦旗衙门蒙文档案，在田文研究的基础上，阐述了划界过程中的两个阶段，纠正了田文中关于七旗曾于乾隆四年和五年分别绘有两幅地图的错误推断；说明了七旗划界是从析分札萨克旗开始的；基本理清了鄂尔多斯七旗的划界过程。

ON THE PROBLEM OF DELIMITING BOUNDARY LINES OF SEVEN BANNERS IN ORTOS IN THE QING DYNASTY

The author gets a clear understanding of the process of delimiting boundary lines of seven banners in Ortos in the Qing Dynasty by utilizing the Mongolian documents of the Hangjin Banner Yamen kept in the archives of the city of Ortos on the basis of the essay by Antoine Mostaert, and corrects the wrong inference that two maps of seven banners in the years of four or five of the reign of Qianlong in the essay on the map of Mongolian seven banners written by Antoine Mostaert, a missionary from Belgium, indicating that the seven -banner delimitation does not result from the conflict of the boundary land between the Wushen Banner and the Etuoke Banner, but is a matter of the plan of the Qing government, and expounding the two different phases in the process of delimitation.
