| 摘 要： | 运动员社会保障体系的建立与完善,将直接影响中国竞技体育的可持续发展。笔者通过对中国运动员社会保障体系现状的分析,总结了当前运动员的社会保障体系存在的主要问题,对完善中国运动员社会保障体系提出一些建议。
