| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，梳理了新疆竞技体育发展的现状，认为新疆竞技体育在观念、管理、科研等诸多方面还存在较大的不足。为进一步促进新疆竞技体育的发展，必须优化和完善运动项目布局结构，突出重点项目，加强竞技体育后备人才队伍的建设，探索合理、适宜的青少年竞赛管理制度、竞赛方法及青少年后备人才的选拔标准、激励措施，加强教练员队伍建设，建立合理的用人机制，加大科技攻关力度，提高训练的科学化水平，制定并完善有关政策和措施，使有限的人力资源得到合理的配置。
