内燃机车传动轴焊缝非裂纹缺陷处疲劳强度的校核——塞焊圆孔周边疲劳强度问题

摘    要:利用ANSYS对内燃机车传动轴空心轴焊缝的等效分析得出了塞焊圆孔周边最薄弱的环节。借助于Miner理论得到传动轴变幅载荷谱下的寿命预测。通过雨流计数法,将传动轴的扭矩载荷时间历程编制成传动轴载荷谱,再将应力谱按损伤相等的原则等效为恒幅应力,并采用该等效应力幅利用名义应力法对其在各条件下进行疲劳强度的校核。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the diesel hollow shaft by ANSYS software and arrives the conclusion that the surrounding of the circle holes around the plug weld are weakest places.The amplitude life prediction under the load spectrum is realized by Miner theorem.By rain flowing counting method,the torque load time histories of the shaft into shaft load spectrum is compiled.The stress spectrum in accordance with the constant amplitude stress with the principle of equal damage equivalent,the fatigue strength is checked by the nominal stress.
