| 摘 要： | 以人为本是我国社区体育管理的出发点和最终归宿，也是我国构建社会主义和谐社会的本质体现。因此，在社区体育管理工作的过程中，要始终做到一切从具体出发，应加强社区体育管理中对老年群体的服务；提高社区体育指导员的素质；强调社区体育的区域性差异；正确引导社区居民的体育消费意识；重视家庭体育的重要性；加强社区体育与学校体育的互动；营造社区体育的人文氛围，从而使人得到全面、和谐发展。

| Abstract: | People -oriented is the starting and final destination of our community sports management, also the essential reflection of building the socialism harmonious society. Therefore, in the process of community sports management, we should always start off specifically, starting from the most fundamental interests and demands of com- munity residents. We should implement the people - oriented concept all the time in the process of community sport management and developing the community sports work more scientifically and systematically in order to promote people＇ s all - round, harmonious development. |
