| 摘 要： | 针对高职高专学生思想道德素质偏差的特点及产生的原因,采取有效的教育途径和方法,积极开展教育转化工作,使学生能够认识到自己的不足,并按照专科生思想道德素质的要求发展自我,从而实现学生思想道德素质的转化。目前高职高专院校的学生因为自身的差异化,会造成很多关于思想道德素质的问题,本文在此阐述了高职高专院校学生的现状、策略以及转化的过程等问题。
