| 摘 要： | 采用DEA模型等方法,对我国30个省区的群众体育资源配置效率进行分析与评价。结果表明:群众体育资源配置达到有效的地区为16.7%,绝大多数地区存在资源配置的不合理现象,并且绝大多数地区的无效是由规模效率的低下引起的。因此,当前群众体育发展的一个关键点就是调整资源配置规模,实现"粗放型"投入向"集约型"投入的转变,优化投入冗余与产出不足的群众体育资源配置结构。 |
