| 摘 要： | 马克思与诺思的制度变迁理论是马克思政治经济学和新制度经济学的重要组成部分。本文以人性假设和内容层面作为切入点，从主体、动力、方式这三个制度变迁的维度，对两者的制度变迁理论进行比较，指出了两种理论的相异之处以及这种相异的原因所在；并对二者的理论进行简要的评价。

| Abstract: | The theory of Mark and North＇s institutional change is the important part of Mark＇s political economics and new institutional economics. The paper, starting from human nature assumption and contents level, compares the institutional changes of Marx and North in three dimensions： corpus, motives and means;points out the differences, the causes of the differences that exist in two institutional theories,and ends with brief evaluations. |
