| 摘 要： | 随着体育市场化改革的不断深入,体育经纪必将发挥越来越重要的作用.阐述了体育经纪业的有关概念,对我国体育经纪市场的现状及存在的问题进行了研究,分析了我国体育经纪业的发展历程、管理体制、运作方式、制约因素,并在此基础上提出了促进我国体育经纪业进一步发展的若干措施.展望了我国体育经纪业的美好前景.为我国体育经纪人尽快提高自身素质,体育经纪业尽快走向正轨,并在改革开放的大环境中得到健康发展提供一定的理论参考.

| Abstract: | Along with the long- term development of sports marketing, sports industry will play much more significant role than before. This article illustrates the concept of a sports brokerage industry; the current situation of sports marketing and the problems of the Sports brokers market. It analyzes the progress of its developing history, management structure, operation mode and constrains of the brokerage industry. China is looking forward to the bright prospects of sports brokerage industry.The article also provides a theoretical reference for a short - term for improving the sports agents, leading this field to the right direction, developing a healthy eavironment for a bright future. |
