太极拳健身利弊谈

摘    要:研究表明太极拳对神经系统、循环系统、呼吸系统的调节能起到积极作用.但是,在训练中也有不尽人意之处.膝关节疼痛的问题就是一个突出的矛盾.通过试验总结出改进的方法,即根据不同习练者,选择适当的架势;注意掌握太极拳要点、心法.适当掌握训练频率与强度,调整架势与运动量的平衡是解决膝关节疼痛的关键.

Abstract:Tai Chi exercise play an important action in modulating the nervous system, circulation system and respiratory. However, there is some no satisfaction in training,and knee arthralgia is a evident problem.The modified methods are summarized by experiment. It contains that fittest position is chosen by different exerclser,and attention to grasp the main points and mental cultivation methods of Tai Chi. To sum up, it is the key point of problem that knee arthralgia will be solved, to grasp frequency of intension of train and to adjust the balance between position and amount of motion.
