摘    要:散手运动属于三个能量系统都参与能量供应的混合供能运动.具有持续时间中等、间歇时间短、高强度的特点,与无氧供能系统关系更为密切.平衡的膳食、适当的休息和合理的体能训练能够加快身体的恢复和体能的补充.

Abstract:There are three energy systems participating in the mixture energy supply of Sanshou movement.Sanshou movement has the traits of repeat short period and intense burst of activities continuously,and it is being closer with anaerobic energy supply system on condition that balanced meals,appropriate rest and rational physical fitness training to be able to accelerate body's recovering,renovation and the complement of physical fitness.Generally Sanshou Movement physical fitness training consists of 3 links that warming-up,stretching and relaxation.
