| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,从影响师资队伍管理的因素、师资队伍管理机制、师资队伍管理内容现状和满意度、师资队伍管理职能发挥等方面对高等院校师资队伍管理现状进行了调查与分析,提出了相应的建议.为高校师资队伍主动适应大众化、市场化、国际化以及国家财政资助缩减和资源重组等变化,为加强高师队伍管理提供参考.

| Abstract: | The thesis investigated and analyzed current situation finance and teachers staff of colleges and universities mainly covered the following aspects that are factors influencing teachers staff,and its system of management,satisfactory level and content,function etc.,by statistic,mathematics and investigation method of questionnaires and so on.At the same time,it proposed the according suggestions,so as to offer references on intensifying the management of teachers staff,make it be more accord with the trend of popularization,marketization,internationalization. |
