| 摘 要： | 促进生态文明建设的产业结构是以经济-社会-环境的全面、高效、协调、可持续发展为目标,以产业生态学为理论依据,以科学发展观和循环经济思想为指导,从根本上解决"高消耗、高污染、高排放、难循环、低效率"的生产方式;节约资源能源和保护生态环境的产业结构,其本质是可持续的产业发展模式。本文对促进生态文明建设的产业结构特征进行分析,认为其基本特征为人与自然协调发展、产业生态化与生态产业化和多目标性;基于系统论方法,本着和谐、高效、持续与整体性的原则,本文对该产业结构模式设计的内容和流程进行了系统的分析,建立了促进生态文明建设的产业结构的体系及其体系架构图。
