| 摘 要： | 新中国成立以来,特别是改革开放20多年来,我国体育领域内的行政立法,无论从数量上还是质量上都取得了长足的进步,但比之国内外形势的飞速发展和体育自身发展的需要仍略显不足,有必要进一步加强和完善,以利于体育事业在法治的轨道上健康发展。

| Abstract: | Since the People Republic of China was founded,especially since the economic reform and opening to the outside world,great advances have been made both in quantity and quality in the field of sports administrative lawmaking. However,the legislation of laws has not been enough compared with the requirements of the rapid strides home and abroad. It is necessary to propose certain notions to confirm that sports will develop healthily in legal way. |
