篮球课是普通高校体育课程之一，由于教学内容多．学生基础差，教学时数少．如 何提高教学质量，一直是困扰广大体育教师的棘手问题。本文力图遵循篮球运动的内在 联系和学习技术的规律，区分重点技术和一般技术，提出从重点技术教学入手．强化应 用环节及能力培养，在运用中逐步发展一般技术的逆序教学法，并进行了积极的实验和 较深入的理论阐述。

The Experimental Research on the Reverse Teaching Method of Basketball Skill in Colleges and Universities

Basketball is one of college PE courses. Considering its more teaching contents, fewer teaching hours and students' poor in basic basketball knowledge, it's a knotty task for college PE teachers to improve its teaching quality. Following the internallaws of basketball game, this article distinguishes the dominating skills and general skills, puts forward the reverse teaching method. that is, starting from the teaching of the dominating skills, focusing on its practicality and cultivation of students' abilities, and gradually developing the general skills through application.
