| 摘 要： | 当前我国正为向体育强国迈进而努力，竞技体育的国际竞争力和群众体育的发展水平应当是衡量和判别体育强国的两项基本标准。因此，迈向体育强国必须促进各项体育事业的协调发展，解决竞技体育与群众体育发展过程中的一些矛盾。
