| 摘 要： | 学校历来是培养人才的重要场所,人才的培养是通过中小学校两种不同取向的功能实现的。由于受传统“应试教育”的影响,中小学校片面强调选拔功能而忽视促进功能。要强化学校对学生发展的促进功能,就必须注重未成年人的思想道德教育。

| Abstract: | A school is an important place to train talents constantly. The talent's training is realized by two kinds of different oriented functions in primary and junior school. As influence of the traditional "Preparing examination education" the Primary and junior high school emphasize the function of selecting unilaterally but neglect the function of promoting .To intensify the function of the school promotion of the students' development. The school should pay attention to nonages' thoughts and morals educaction. |
