| 摘 要： | 目前中小高科技企业已成为我国推动国民经济发展和实现技术进步的重要力量,但在融资上却存在很多困难,分析了我国中小高科技企业的融资现状及融资困境的原因,并提出了建立我国中小高科技企业融资体系的途径。
