| 摘 要： | 教学质量是衡量高等学校教学工作的综合指标,而其中提高教师的教学质量又是一项长期而艰巨的工作,如何提高教师的教学质量是当务之急。为此,研究教师教学质量评估方案具有十分重要的意义。在评估方案的实施过程中必须遵循一定的原则,按照一定的要求实施评估,使其更加完善,更加科学。
