| 摘 要： | 本文根据高职高专的教学特点和培养目标，分析了金工实习在教学中的作用，并对传统的金工实习成绩评定办法进行了改革。具体地说就是学生在实习中的日常行为规范纳入成绩评定范围，通过金工实习成绩评定的改革推动学生的综合素质培养。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics and training objectives, this paper has analyzed the metalworking practice in the role of teaching in higher vocational colleges,and makes reforms for the traditional achievements evaluation of the metalworking practice. Generally speaking, the author think to bring those students＇ daily behaviors into the reform of achievements evaluation of metalworking practice so as to improve the quality of students. |
