| 摘 要： | 《普通高等学校招收高水平运动员办法》的颁布实施,为我国竞技体育体制改革作出了极为重要的探索,然而其在运行中也出现了诸如学训矛盾、运动员成材率低等不少问题,为促进高校办高水平运动队制度的发展,应当对这一文件作出修订,以促进我国竞技体育＂院校化＂模式的完善。

| Abstract: | The implementation of China＇s ＂Recruitment of High Level Athletes at Colleges and Universities＂ has greatly contributed to the exploration of reforming the competitive sports system.However,many problems have emerged as the contradiction between education and training,low rate of talented athletes.To create high level team,it was needed to revise the recruitment document for optimizing the educational institutionalization of competitive sports. |
