| 摘 要： | 目的：建立川滇桤木果实中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法：采用紫外-可见分光光度法，以芦丁为对照品测定川滇桤木果实中总黄酮的含量。结果：芦丁在0．19～0．95mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系，A=1．0826C＋0．0497（r=0．9996），平均加样回收率为99．6％，RSD为1．09％（n=6）。结论：该方法操作简便、快速、准确、重现性好，可作为川滇桤木果实中总黄酮的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for determining the content of flavonoid in Alnus ferdinandi-coburgii. Methods： The content of flavonoid was detected from Alnus ferdinandi-coburgii by UV-visible method and the rutin was used as control.Results： Rutin was good linear in the range of 0.19 - 0.95 mg/mL ：A=1.082 6C＋0.049 7（r=0.999 6） the average recovery of 99.6 % and RSD of 1.09 % （n=6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for determining the content of total flavones in A lnus fe rdinandi-cob urgii. |
