论练习武术对大学生身心健康的影响

摘    要:大学生承受一定的心理压力,各种压力积累下来得不到及时释放,紧张情绪也未能找到很好的措施不能很好地松弛和发泄,势必造成大学生心理的压抑、不平衡,甚至扭曲。通过习练武术,使身体正常发育,为心理健康的发展提供坚实的基础,习练武术能直接地给人愉快和喜悦,并能降低紧张与不安,从而调节了人的情绪,改善了心理健康。文章就练习武术对大学生心理健康的影响进行探讨,提出相应的建议。

Abstract:Unavoidably college students face certain psychological pressure and it would make students pent up, become jealous and even psychologically abnormal if it could not be relaxed or released in a proper way. Wushu practice is very important to physical growth and psychologically health, for it could directly bring joy and pleasure to those who practice Wushu. Furthermore, it could also help ease worriness and tension and thus adjust their mood and eventually improve their psychological health. This assay tries to explore the impact of practicing Wushu on college students and puts forward some advices.
