| 摘 要： | 心肌缺血预适应是指心脏短暂缺血后能耐受较长时间的缺血现象,是一种有效的心肌保护方法。心肌缺血预适应与细胞信号转导密切相关。细胞信号转导系统包括:触发物质、中介物质、效应物质并通过这三个方面介导心肌缺血预适应。本文就缺血预适应和心肌细胞信号转导作一综述。

| Abstract: | Myocardial ischemic preconditioning is the phenomenon in which a short period of ischemia increases the tolerance of the heart to subsequent lethal ischemia.It is an effective method of myocardial protection.Myocardial ischemic preconditioning is related to cellular signal transduction.Through inducer,mediator and effectors cellular signal transduction induce myocardial ischemic precondi- tioning This article demonstrates the relation between myocardial ischemic preconditioning and cellular signal transduction. |
